Yellowood Golden Cypress Copper Beech
Yellowood Rooms These are superior rooms with en-suite bathrooms (bath & shower); heater/air-con units, bar fridges and televisions.
Golden Cypress Rooms These are rooms with bathrooms offering bath & shower facilities and wall or ceiling fans and may be twin- or double-bedded.
Copper Beech Rooms These are standard rooms offering either a bath or a shower and may be double- or twin-bedded.
Pin Oak
Pin Oak Rooms These are standard family units with either a bath or shower facility, main bedroom and an interleading bedroom to accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 children.
Bottle Brush
Bottle Brush Rooms These are older, more traditional rooms consisting mainly of spacious, thatched rondavels or square units which are a little further away from the main buildings.

For information concerning our latest rates, please call us on 033-212 2324 or email reservations@oaksatbyrne.co.za All rates are usually for full board: dinner, lunch and breakfast and morning and afternoon tea when not part of an event/promotion or special, however rates may include a tea garden lunch rather than a formal dining-room lunch during quiet periods. Guests will be advised of this accordingly. Daily lunches are available from our tea garden, from Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. unless a major event/function is being held, in which case this notice will appear on our website/FB page. Sunday lunches, or /teas/parties/meals for groups of day visitors can be arranged on sufficient notice. Please contact us to discuss menu options, the number of persons to be catered for and applicable rates. Our tea garden/casual dining menu is seasonal, and updated to meet the needs of our visitors. << (click to open) Please note that the dress code is smart casual in the evenings. The rates provided may be subject to change without notice. 1. A deposit of 50 per cent of the accommodation charge is required immediately upon reservation to secure your booking. POP is to be emailed. 2. Only credit cards and EFT payments are accepted for payment of deposits. 3. Unfortunately cash and cheque deposits into our bank account are no longer accepted. 4. The balance of accommodation cost is due at least 1 week prior to arrival while incidentals can be settled on day of departure. 5. We are only able to accept VISA and Mastercard. 6. Debit cards are accepted, however we regret that we do not accept cheques. 7. Check-in is usually after 2 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. on date of departure. Kindly contact us with regard to any other arrangements. 8. We are a licenced premises, thus you may not bring or consume any liquor of your own on our premises. For arrangements with regard to celebrations or special occasions please contact our office. CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN TWO MONTHS OR MORE BEFORE ARRIVAL (BOOKED) DATE: Your full deposit may be returned, less a 10% handling fee. WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS TO ONE CALENDAR MONTH BEFORE ARRIVAL (BOOKED) DATE: 50% of your deposit will be returned, less a 10% handling fee. WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS OR LESS BEFORE ARRIVAL (BOOKED) DATE: We regret that NO deposit will be returned.
